Positions Available
Datum Rios, LLC, San Antonio, TX, seeks Professional Engineer (Civil) to perform calculations of forces and stresses placed on each element of a structure. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design and safety standards. Compute load requirements or material stress factors to determine design specifications. Use computer software to create analytical models of structures to assess how structures will react to forces and stresses. Provide technical advice to managerial personnel regarding design, construction, or structural repairs. Meet regularly with architects and engineers involved in each project. Document design drawings using CAD/BIM software to prepare reports and drawings. Min Req: BS in Civil Engineering, Texas Professional Engineer License, and 12 months experience.
