Structural Engineer / Project Engineer - San Antonio, TX
As a structural engineer at Datum Rios, a strong academic grounding in structural engineering is needed, so a Master’s Degree is strongly preferred. In addition to technical skills and experience, good communication is needed to help us take care of our clients, and to be a great teammate internally.
2-7 years of experience in the design of vertical structures, including at least 5 years in the design of commercial and/or institutional buildings
Professional licensure for structural engineering (PE or SE), or on track to become licensed
Strong technical experience in the design of steel, concrete, and/or heavy timber structures
Strong relational skills and a high EQ (emotional intelligence quotient)
Good verbal and written communication skills
An appreciation for architecture, a desire to be mentored and grow, and to mentor others for their benefit.
