Eugene has worked with Datum Rios since 2018 and has served as a lead design engineer and senior project manager on several significant architectural buildings. He specializes in performance-based design of structures.

Eugene holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (structural focus) from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.

What inspires you about your work?

“I am inspired by the architectural form and function of building structures that serve our society and community. As a structural engineer, I enjoy studying the stresses and strains of those structures as they support their occupants.”
