Pavan joined Datum Rios in 2024, he is a seasoned structural engineer with a strong background in managing and executing the structural design of medium-scale K-12 schools, hotels, gymnasiums, and multi-family residential projects. He has expertise in windstorm and foundation systems design of wood framed structures in challenging coastal flood zone conditions.

Pavan holds a Master of Science in Civil, Environmental and Sustainable, Engineering (Structural) from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from JNTU, Anantapur. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
